About Play to Grow with CC
Helping children grow through playful movement and connection
At Play to Grow with CC, our mission is simple:
to support children’s growth through joyful movement, sensory exploration, and whole-child wellness.
When children move their bodies — crawling, walking, marching, skipping — they are doing more than building strength. They are laying the foundation for focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and learning.
Play to Grow with CC brings together movement-based stories and tools that help children feel grounded, capable, and connected — at home, in classrooms, and in communities.
OUR APPROACH
We believe play is one of the most powerful tools for learning and regulation.
Our work blends:
developmentally supportive movement
sensory-rich experiences
social-emotional learning
gentle routines that support regulation and body awareness
Everything we create is designed to feel accessible, playful, and calming, meeting children where they are and supporting the whole child — body, mind, and heart.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Play to Grow with CC is for:
families looking to support their child’s development through play
educators and therapists seeking movement-based, regulation-friendly tools
anyone who believes children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and engaged
LET’S GROW — TOGETHER
Whether you’re reading one of our books, using a movement activity, or simply sharing a playful moment, you’re helping create a strong foundation for growth.
Let’s play. Let’s learn. Let’s grow — together.
MEET CC
Hi, I’m CC — a pediatric physical therapist, educator, and the creator of Play to Grow with CC.
With decades of experience supporting children and families, my work is rooted in a deep belief that movement and play are essential to healthy development. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how simple, intentional movement can help children regulate their bodies, build confidence, and engage more fully with the world around them.
I created Play to Grow with CC to bring warm, practical, and play-based tools into everyday spaces — through stories, movement, and meaningful connection. My goal is to make developmental support feel approachable, joyful, and doable for parents, caregivers, and educators alike.
